Who we are....

The properties are family owned and managed. We have been seasonal residents and property owners in the Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach area every year beginning in the 1940's. We know and love WWC as a laid back family-friendly beach town that has kept us there for 5 generations!

More importantly though, we actively manage, maintain and upgrade our properties to the highest standards. In case of any problems, an owner is always available locally during the season and we have handymen and subcontractors under contract and on call to ensure your vacation goes smoothly. The owners personally inspect every home after cleaning and prior to your check in. You can expect that during your stay you will get a chance to meet at least one of the owners as we routinely check on each home to ensure that there are no problems.

Because our homes are not run-of-the-mill rentals, we expect our guests to respect our homes and treat them accordingly. We routinely ask renters who do not leave one of our homes in the same condition as they found it NOT to return the following year. We welcome responsible families looking to rent premium homes in South Jersey!
